@joseph: I think that white on the lips is the glossy shine, not the teeth... I agree with you on the waistline though.
I think the teeth could go up one pixel. Other than that... Angelical ^-^'

Great work.. she's quite a babe. Everything from the chest up is looks quite excellent... the rest seems to lack the same attention to detail.
Only one thing that seems odd to me with the anatomy is her waist seems to be disproportionately small.. what I mean is, her body is very buxom and thick, so the thin waist seems out of place with the rest. If it was just a few pixels wider, I think it would match better with her figure. Especially given the width of her hips. Still, it is barely noticeable at first.
For making the arm longer, maybe you could have it bend a little bit. That way you wouldn't have to change the position of the hand to much.

You should post the reference. If its not like the reference, it makes the piece even better. Most people here also like to see what it was based of, and how it changed from the ref.
Anyway, this piece is amazing.
In my opinion: the piece has even more merits if it is far from the reference.

I wanted her to be kind of short and more full-figured than women are often depicted as being but I also wanted to make her pretty and fashionable, so I guess its okay if she looks 'stumpy' to some, hehe.
My ref pic is also at a very slight upwards angle and shes leaning a bit back, I believe. I didnt really notice that until I was too far into it so that might contribute to some of the issues. I used the reference for the general pose and proportions but used it loosely enough that its not quite anatomically correct looking after I exaggerated some features.. I agree with the arm appearing a bit short though so I'm not trying to play the perspective card, lol. Because of the arm especially, I think that must mean that I didnt translate the perspective of the picture very well.
I think I'd like to make the arm longer but I'm not really sure how I would go about doing that without completely changing the position of her hand, being that the thumb is hooked onto her swimsuit bottom... Any tips on that would be great:D
@Stickytape- haha thanks for the comment^^ Glad you like it! I never noticed the ankle thing before you pointed it out, despite being of 'female unit'XD I always seem to make necks short even when I try to make them longer than normal though so I was half expecting that one! I will touch up both.
You know...after studying this some more, I think the main issue for me is the shortness of her arms. I don't have a problem with the ankles I've seen many a women with legs like that.
I really do appreciate that you draw full figured women - please continue with this curvy eyecandy (as well as the fact that I like that heavy set body type on a woman

Indeed is a short woman,, but man yout are the god of dithering... 
Her overall proportions look generally stumpy or dwarfish. Her arm really sticks out to me as way too short, while the thickness of her legs can mostly pass for just looking a little overweight. The colors are amazing.
I agree with the comments below, but it doesn't take away the awesomeness of this piece.
I agree the neck is a little short, but something seems wrong with the arms to me, like they're too short or something compared to her legs.
i dont really know realistic anatomy very well, but at simple view i think her neck is short, and i also agree on the thick anckle, wich kinda makes her legs look fat and even kinda short. Other than that, the dithering blowed me away, incredible job. Reminds me of that Amy something singer. You know the one with tall kinda weird hair?

i had to take a zoom to assure myself that this was even pixel art, thats how smooth it is.
I love how classicly hot this is. A couple of things I can see though are that her neck looks a little short and maybe her left ankle looks a little thick, or cankley (was pointed out by the female unit sitting adjacent to me. They pay attention to that stuff on girls while us guys go OOOO ROUND STUFF!)
