1. This looks like a reference was used, and drawn over, so please provide proof
2. there's no need for white background. Please transparify it...
Once these 2 specifications have been met, it MAY possibly be alloweed into the gallery...sending back for revision.
The front tire looks good, but the rims could use some work...just defining the shape, etc. Looks pretty flat at the moment. The back tire could use some darkening up as well (side wall). Nice job on the lines of the car though. Just seem very brightely lit from all angles. Nice job...and this is coming from a Mopar guy.
I really like your drawing, it is way awesome, but it looks a little unfinished. Tone down the black lines on the seats and clean up the edges. 
You might want to give this some more work...
Check outlines, some white pixels, make bckgrd transp.
More important: wheels are not circular/elliptic - I know, this hard, but it helps a lot! and the back wheel is just a blob.
Then some shading, some windscreen reflexion...
