this isnt too exciting....think u could get rid of that dithering .. also it seems mirrored because u have two light sources (from left + right), thats also a reason why it looks kinda flat, by defining the light source r u can also define volumes a lot better.

11 colors! That should plenty. Maybe don't dither glass also.
