Ah. Well I based off this picture off of a quarter rofl. It was kinda small but I tried to get it look as much like it as possible.
Quite good for a first try!
You have a perspective issue:
the boat is tilting to the left: if this is for persp then it should be the other way around, and if it is because of waves then the mast should be tilted too. (That would be nice!)
In my opinion, the horizon may be too high. It has some stray pixels too.
And the boat has banding, try some anti-aliasing.
