Yeah now that I look at it the lines on the top does kinda suck. I think the lines on the orange side is ok though.
Better lines would be nice. You might find it easier to make either top or bottom true isometric, and choose, for example, 111/333 lines for the other.
Also, the top is offset to the left: all 4 corners must be alike (unless you threw it and broke it in a rage!)
Looks fantastic! I love the shadow, but the top layer looks more stacked than turned.
