I agree with alk, more saturared colours please.
Other than that I like the idea.
it gets lost with the background too, really. could use more saturation or brightness.
Ah i had to zoom in to see what the heck was going on there :P Is there a reason you made em so small?
okay, I made them 2x any bigger and I think 8*8 loses it's charm
