This is Jean-Baptiste, the protagonist in the french noir game 'Le Homme Oignon' which translates to 'The Onion Man'. The game is set in 1960's France, when Jean-Baptiste finds a dead body in his Paris apartment. Panicking, he flees the crime scene - wanted for murder, he must escape the region and live to see the next day.
