 Ah, I guess it could be a television static/disturbance. It's intended to be a weird shifting effect, but yeah I see what you mean. I did it by moving chunks of the picture left and right, saving the frame every now and then, then animating the frames.

Thats actually perrty kool. I like the crazy bended television effect.(sorry, I have no idea what it's called...)
