I finally got around to adding the arm piece, and the hook cannon at the other side of his body.

 

Captain King Munch is a pirate themed huge cereal box, with a turtle planted on his head. The turtle is loosely based on the koopa enemy's from the Super Mario Brother series.

Yeah, the only thing I really need is a good gif image compiler. It looks really unsightly when it's so slow like that.

Funny!

Considering the outstanding hand animation, it's hard to understand why the main parts (head and box) remain desperately still.

The animation of the smoke is really nice, but I have to confess I don't really understand the character design.

Is it a Koopa sitting on top of a ceral box?
