I think that you've put too much detail in it. Most women like subtle lines and light shapes, that's why they use cosmetics. I'd advise you to reduce colour count and amount of shading (for example you don't have to shade each tooth - one colour for them all is enough, only some shades of grey in corners of the lips) and make some of lines only suggested but not fully pronounced.
