10-20-2009 = Less colors used, fixed the hair, changed the face expression... 7-30-2009 = Haha my first avatar ever... view in 2x for the details, comment on any issues you see. This is basically my first official time showing up something with some dithering on it.

haha... yeah you're the first one to comment. Thanks for the pointers. I probably won't be fixing it because I will have to replace some other pics I already distributed, which contains the same face as used for affiliation... but I always like to know the mistakes, so later on when I get to do more avatars, I know what not to do. So, thanks.

Looks good, only problem I see is with the neck, should be darker than the face, because shaded by said face. As it is, I sometimes see a strange face with a strange grin.
