The hill might seem a bit out of style, but it fits at the same time, I think. Looks great.

Best mario remake ever.

Goomba looks a bit unfinished.

But everything looks amazing.

I love how mario just sits there with his hand rubbing together as he plots a way to jump that goomba. And that expression Mario's got is just priceless! XD

I thought about it. But this was pretty much just done eyeballing a screenshot of the NES version, and that blue was all the background it had, with the clouds and bushes/hills, and I didn't really want to stray from that at all.
