This oozes with fabulousness...
Quick question, is this the highest resolution you can go for it to be considered pixel art?
So friggin' cool! I'll just have to study this pixel piece from up close to see how you do that
glass clean.. cant imagine that making an art like this could be relaxing thing to do.. but I agree it was easy on the eye thing... :P
sweet - no issues for me. and gl on your job-hunt =)
ahaha, that smoke is a woman, indeed! when i first looked at the piece, i thought it would be a flower!
When you don't have a job, Big Brother, times must be bad. I didn't notice that smoke as a woman either, it's that extra touch of class you bring to your work that makes you such a good artist. Favourited and straight into the 5/5s. :D
Extraordinary! What style and charisma.
I like it a lot. Sharper midcurves would help somewhat, but it's a nitpick.
That's indeed very stylish. I didn't realise the smoke was a person itself after I read the comment af Jaeden, but I never see the little details...
Looks really stylish but is is over AA'd, especially on the curves.
Good job though.
I wish I could fave this twice. I keep coming back to admire it some more.
Only thing that bugs me is that I think a thin cigarette would suit the character more than a cigar.
25 colors and the antialiassing is fantastic. The smoke is fantastic and it was the breasts that first caught my attention realizing it was a woman.
I absolutly love the style that oozes out of this thing. Freaking awesome.
I might actually be the only one who thinks there's some over AA on the top of the head though, and possibly the arms. It seems like the legs have the same amount, but it also seems like it works more effectivly there because of the colors. I don't know if it's the colors up there that are the reason I think they could use less AA, but I think they stand out more to me than the legs. The Hair definitly does (The arms are something I think could go either way).
I still love it either way. It's just so pleasing to look at.
EDIT: Actually, looking again, the legs definitly have less because of the 45 degree angles. To compensate, you thickened the black outline (it seems to me at least), and I would wonder if that technique would work just as effectivly on parts of the arms (IE, back arm's elbow, and most of the other arm's upper side).
wow! ´ i love the drapery on the shirt, also the woman in the smoke is ace!!! 6/6
Unbelievable... : O (awed silent gape!)
The foot is OK to me, it's just part of the exaggerated dynamics. And I like the dots on the ground, they really give a lot of the swagger.
Must take ages to learn walking like this, lol!
good to see you're still well alive, big brother. great work as always, knew it was yours right away. <3
Amazing. I love the old-schoolish feel to it, and it almost doesn't even look like pixel art. Great job!
Same as Dex, that guy is about to break his foot x).
Fantastic style, well done.
Excellent as always, but I do believe the foot he's thrusting forward would break in that position =D
Looks great~
WOW it's effing amazing :D fav'd i love the palette and the pose!
I love the style and distortion of this piece. Has a nice feel to it, like the type those scene hi-res art guys like to do. The paint splashes also add muchly' to the awesomeness of this piece.
ps, booties can relieve stress....submitting...
nice
