I agree with thereisnocure... too much dithering on the forehead makes her look like she has pimples there. Nice going spriting your girlfriend and such... I would sprite mine, but I have none right now haha. Lol I hope you get some after doing this for her.

Anyawy, this piece looks good, maybe the hair could be a little better but I am not sure how.
She's very pretty.. and overall it's well-done. I like your morphing avatar... I notice the southpark and matt groening styles there.
I'm not sure about the big pillow area under her chin.

It looks great overall- the eyes are good and I like the hair but the top lip would probably look better if the dark line was consistent. The nose is also kind of flat because the nostril is ill-defined. I would ditch the dithering if I were you. Good job on the tilt of her head though- I always find heads that are positioned like that sort of annoying to pixel, hehe
