That's because the car-roof is higher than the road, and higher than the viewpoint, I'd imagine.

perspective is a bit messed.. by that i mean you can see the top of the road, but not the top of the car?

 I like the slight motion-blur effect on the trees. The cloudy sky is also good, looks like a storm is brewing. Hah, the guy's got his arm hanging out of the window, it'll get ripped off if he's not careful!

 Awesome background! The tree seems to have a blur effect on it too, but.. what's that white thing that keeps passing by? The car is pretty sleek too, although the wheels could be a bit better. Good job :)
