You might have noticved that i've had a rather difficult time on this one.

The idea was a rather normal looking changellor Merkel with that ?horrible? outfit. and just  make her a bit harsher in the face.

I'm happy with the result and don't plan to change it again.

Mostly, I think you're undecided whether to caricature her one-time ridiculous outfit (I can't believe this photograph... 0o0 ) or her features.

In the second case, well, it doesn't look like her. She's a rather good-looking middle-aged woman, with a grandmotherish sweet look which is in contrast to her stark political attitude. Maybe there would be more openings for caricature in this.

She looks pretty slim in your version. Add a hunchback and emphasise on her sagging cheeks rather than her cleavage, make those ears stick out and tuck the hair behind them. Don't forget her big eyes and droopy eyelids. I suggest you diffuse rather than dither on the skin, even use no dithering/diffusion.

Though I think her jumper is a bit pillow shaded. It seems she has no body under her breast and hands (?). :x

The necklase could look more like an necklace - on the top it should be more around her neck and hang down - lower in the decolletag.

I think your caricature could be better - maybe you could make his head larger than her body.

The last point: I agree with Randommonkies - it would be better to change the preview. :x

I'm not sure if the preview really fits for the image. I'm guessing you wanted it to kind be the eyes poping out of your head or something? But I'd still make it more a a preivew of the image somehow.

Also, the purple shirt she is wearign has a blakc outline, whereas her face/hair does not. You may want to add the outline to here face and bangs.
