Embracing my Croatian ancestors, I decided to do Stjepan. this is my first piece over 80x80, so please be kind. I'm looking forward to improving at this site.
Mostly, the beard and hair don't look like beard and hair at all! He just looks like a bald man, you don't take notice of thoses shadings at first, and when you do, they don't fit in. The beard at least should hide some features.
