Disclaimer?: This is my first thing posted here and I'm going to guess some parts would go against some sorts of things (pixel art only, in regards to the background; not entirely original, in terms of the Fire Emblem style; didn't make it all, in regard to the hud/health bars/info stuff), but I would rather post it and have that stuff be a problem than not post it.

So, some couple years ago I was an up and coming Fire Emblem style spriter, and just good enough that I didn't really need base sprites anymore, and also just got into Bleach. Thought it would be a good idea to bring them together, made an animation of Byakuya, made half of one for Ichigo, decided to clean them up and stick them together in a FE styled fight scene. And we get this as the result.

Credits for things:

The entirety of Ichigo and Byakuya's (the two characters) sprites are made by me, as are the majority of the effects (Byakuya's Bankai activation, the giant pink blobs, the Ichigo's blue effects, the black energy wave)

The display/hud/info, including the windows, health bars, font, etc (but not including the two weapon icons) are ripped from Fire Emblem. Obviously the sprite style is FE's as well, though I didn't edit any sprites to make them, just followed the style.

Background is just a screencap from an episode of Bleach with the color count dropped and the top/bottom edited to blend into the black.
