This piece is officialy liberated (not occupied) by russians.
There is propaganda from both sides, and truth, as often, is in the middle.
tormi1000, probably you're too young and you've been educated in modern (as A.B. said pro-fascist) style. The USSR has quite powerful traditions of friendship and brotherhood with border nations... I guess the times than the current regime in baltic republics will be recognized recognizer as criminal are close.
Estonia was actualy liberated by USSR. View that it was occupation is spread by current pro-fascist regime.
However, I clicked 'no', because rendering is too brief and there is even spelling error in title.
I dont like the USSR sing because Estonia was once ocupated by the USSR.
This is not the sign of the USSR, tormi. Hammer and sickle are traditional symbols of the proletariat (industry and agriculture), which are even used in the austrian crest. Of course it's mainly associated with communism, but not only with the USSR - it's more the sign of past revolutions.
I totally agree with Balamoot here; I don't want to deny that Stalin was a dictator, but the USSR was not only Stalin.
Estonia cooperated with German during WWII. And would you say, that Estonia was only that?
