thank you for the comments and I really do appreciate them.  I will be touching up this piece towards the end of the week thanks to the comments but do to my work load I have to wait :-(.  

I agree completely with Onek, about everything, but also I think the colors in the sky are a little too close to the colors in the reflection in the sun, makes it look like the water just dips in, also i think you need different colors for the clouds, they look kinda wierd right now.

quite good work... especially like the font, but i think the character is a little hard to read though, also you shouldnt shade the sun, actually theres nothing to shade because the sun is, like, pure light O:,.... another thing is the suns reflection on the water, i think it would look more realistic if it would get wider to the foreground, that would also add  somewhat more depth to ur picture
