They are saying that they dislike the gradient look to the shading in your eye, where it goes from dark at the top to light at the bottom in an even pattern, as though it had been filled using a gradient tool.
I really like the eye, it looks so frightened and a bit angry, I just have to wonder what it's looking at.

Now the AA looks good but I agree with tomic on the gradient fill patterns.
the aa is one thing. more crucial are the gradient fill patterns (no-go here)!
Go to your profile and click Change Themes. Select a darker theme and then come back and look your outer AA.
Love the Shadow in the eye !
