Good composition, nice idea, but personally I don't like the palette. It shouldn't be so "flat".

You could keep the grey for the eye of the horse only like it is a haunted horse. i retract my shadow comment since I looked carefully and saw this type of shadow (maybe it was because of multiple windows and light sources i don't know).

Try drawing layout roughly on paper. I think it'd be a really tall hill

Now, since you ask... (ricanement sarcastik)

I see a conflict between the wheel and clouds, the way the wheel is broken make it look like the clouds come through it;

I can't relate the bluish ropes to a source of light;

the roller coaster doesn't have enough props, esp the broken part;

the broken column turns opposite to the other 2, and the light on the horse's one is much better;

the merry-go-r could use a dais (une marquise?); the floor could have texture, dirt, rats, skulls, coke cans...

the whole thing could use some strong aa, but I don't think that's possible with 8 colors. Why not an aa version for PJ?

You're right about the perspective and the shadows. The merry-go-round is on a hill (at least in my mind >w<). Why should I comlplete my broken column ? I thought it was working well...

Why not make the whole thing redy (ie. remove the white strings)? What about teeth for the horse?

There are perspective seems off. How high is this merry-go-around? It seems as if it is on a high building. Maybe the pole closest to us should be completed and made black. Shadows should be extended (ie. you cut them off)
