So what's up with this? Why is this still in the gallery? It is very obvious that this has been scaled down from the full version that's on Tom's blog (as opposed to the thumbnail version which you linked as a ref)
A lot of the shading matches up exactly with the original and the colour reduction in the face is hideously bad.
This kinda stuff makes me very sceptical about lots of the other work in your gallery.
The wip-anim on two faced looks like it was retrofitted, esp. when looking at how the shades are being built up.
In pretty much all pieces in his gallery are odd colourchoices, very inconsistent aa (the aa on the curtains of the plane piece looks like Photoshop (or whatever highcolour program) strokes colourreduced with noise dither.
Lots of single pixels all over the place, esp in older works there are some pixels which are a totally useless colour (5 pixels spread around the piece with a slightly offset colour), which also would be a sign of colourreduction.
Call me paranoid, but I think this smells fishy.
Nice find. Its not like jocher claimed it was his pic but i think there isn't much work done by himself. I like to color reduce my own work but it is different to color reducing other people's work. What is the game about? Is papa supposed to be the old halo character or an original character? What has his crowbar been replaced with? The gui and title is pretty bare and bland. It seems lazy and slapped together.
Did you draw the reference? The arms holding up the sign are pretty lame poses and off balance but I guess you are restricted by using ref + rotate tool.

I quite like the pose. It has good construction (=drawn well). The words could use brighter colors to make them stand out. The grey/white used on face has too much contrast perhaps? Maybe use a lighter grey for nose + eye shadows.
cool! the face is rly nice... very diffrent and more tidy than ur usual work, really reminds me of someones work, which i cant recall now, maybe later ^^, not a big fan of the legs tho, pose is a bit instabil, also aa isnt too well
Reference or no reference, this kind of thing does not belong in the gallery - therefore I am sending it back for revision. As pointed out by several other members, it seems as though many of your other pieces are also colour reductions.
