Bg = background/scenery, ppl = people. I think he meant that it would be nice to see a background that isn't done with exactly the same colors as the men themselves. Welcome to pixeljoint by the way!
When shaded in the ever-feared "pillow-shading" technique, it kinda means that the lightsource is straight-forward from the viewer. In your piece the men are shaded in the pillowshading style and the rocks have a different light source. You should read up on some light source tutorials on the internet, or study somewhere else how light affects solids/shapes when it hits them, and what kind of shades/shadows are created.
Here is a very helpful tutorial that covers many sides of pixel art, shading included: http://www.derekyu.com/?page_id=218
How do u want i do for the body's shading ? have u ideas ? (sorry i'm very beginner )
The pillow-shading really isn't helping your case here... especially since the shading on the spheres is completely different.
yeah sure for the mucles , i'll edit later .
excuse me i'm not english , what is ppl ? and bg ?
I think you could draw the muscles better and have a bg that isnt thee same as the ppl.
Is "world's" meant to be misspelt? currently it says wordl's.
