I think you captured the colouring style very well, but the hands and joints are not defined well enough. Also, none of woogle's Woogles have belly buttons?
I like the colour choice though, very bright and contradicting to the action. =P
i think u have some anatomic issues here, his left leg seems to be placed wrong, also the left arm looks a bit strange. shading need some improvement, dont be afraid to use it more obvious. color count is too high, a lot of them arent rly needed, like those bright pinkish tones for instance, also u dont rly need all those aa colors,mostly one medium, neutral color, like grey, is enough.... try to choose ur palette wisely, because color conservation is rly important in pixel art.
