Apparently, the original cake I modeled this after has rum in it. I have no idea how that would taste with the strawberries, which are there b/c they are pretty.

One of the reasons I always go for chocolate when they bring dessert cart around is because the chocolate dishes always look the coolest... love that zigzag chocolate sauce drizzle they do. Mmmmmm.
