I would perhaps change the positioning of the legs just a bit. Atm the left leg is a bit thinner, and it seems like she might topple any moment now, perhaps something like this (5sec freehand sketch inc):

Hehe, great, bothers me a bit though how much bigger the female version is than the original one. Also (her) right leg seems too thin compared to the left! Also, it would be nice if the animation looped after a few moments, or you can just reverese it and get it going back into male form... :)
