This is nice and the pose feels natural despite the lack of attention on some of the anatomy (you already mentioned the hand and shoes). I like the subtle texture you put on the jacket. The creases on the jeans look a little random, but I really like the convincing feel and nature of this portrait (even if we don't know what you actually look like :P)

 Proportions are odd, color choice is kinda bland, and there are some jagged parts on the lineart. The antialiasing also looks a bit off, but I'm personally not into AA in the first place so don't take my advice on that. Fix those quirks and it'll be fine. (:
