These guys are nice!
You have a problem though: your shadows are impossible! They show a strong light source from behind, but the guys are (well) lit from above front. The shadow line that joins the shadow legs is even more impossible, and the shadow going down on the tiles front side is even even more!
And, dithering is not really needed: metal shines!
