My first peice of pixel art 14 colors & transparency

Started off as a frame for previews but worked its way towards being a... picture of something... the more I look at it the more I see something different  I probably over - dithered it, im not quite used to pixel art yet... this helped quite a bit but I think i'm done with it for now, gonna start another something

Any advice is welcome
