Yeah, this is more like line art at this point. Not necessarliy acceptable by gallery standards, as we require a pit more on the pixel detail level....maybe one of these days, however, we will start up a wip gallery for each user, for pieces like this....sending back
Onek: The bit you removed below the water with the white is the blowhole. I'm new at this so thank you for the advice.
the whales shape doesnt seem correct also its very jaggy, antialiasing is needed, remove whit bg
also im not sure if this kinda stuff works for pixel art, since its a lot about roundness, and people are used to this design in a very clean, vectorized style, maybe if u would do it much smaller and the pixely feel would rly show through id like it

Thanks, it was inspired by a shirt, the reason I kept the white is because i think it emphasizes the whale and I feel it wouldn't look right with a transparency around it.

You should probably remove the white BG, though. They nark over that a lot. 
okay i reuploaded smoothed out edges and added transperency. it got approved but i think that i should maybe aa it idk, im horrible at aa
