i think u wouldnt loose the variety if u decrease the color count, since u already have lots of variety in the forms and stuff....

Yeah, the high colour usage is something that I really wanted to fix after I uploaded it here. I was only reminded of it when I ran it though PNG-8 optimization and learned of the ridiculous colour count for such a tiny piece of work; most of the colours goes onto visible interiors more so than the facades themselves. The issue now is how to limit the number of colours while maintaining variety.

I'm not sure if too much, but... I guess it's just becouse you've got several types of materials, t-shirts etc. so they colours are different ;)
