One other thing about PJ is no collab pieces are allowed.
Ah I am pretty new to the whole pixel type of artwork so forgive me if it seemed like I messed up? I did render a good deal of this myself with the pencil tool.
Please crit away and tell me what I could do in the future to make it better~
Well, you should not use that many colors on a this size piece. There are 250 unique colors in this one.
I made an edit: 
(8 unique colors)
This is not pixel art. Or then you used blurring effects etc. There are 250 colors in this and I don't believe you placed them all by hand.
