got bored, saw this image: http://pixeljoint.com/pixelart/46964.htm decided to draw. 16 colors but I could have picked them a little better. I got pretty lazy on some parts, especially on the foresty backdrop.

Crop out those funky things on the left and right, and you'll get a really cool picture.

Hey, this is pretty nice. I just dont like the borders one the left and right. They are too distracting, imo.

Hmm, I kinda like the dullness in the colors. Gives this piece a special kind of "atmosphere," imo. For some reason the tree looks like it's melting though.

Too bad you kept the boring colors, thats what annoyed me when I saw the wip. Also, I don't think the side bars add anything, black bars would be better I supose.

It is a nice composition, with nice dithering and details, but you really do need to watch those colors!

Some parts of it are fantastic (central tree, shore line, pallette in general) and some parts seem somewhat off (mushroom stems don't seem to convey the right sort of shape), and then there's the columns (which I don't really understand, tbh). The flow seems off, too; I'm just not quite sure what the focus of it is supposed to be. I'm just not quite sure what to make of it as it is.

Did you really link to the right page? Really nice pic, but the bottom mushroom spoils a lot. I would move it up, to the left and give another tint (maybe towards red? (if you don't mind breaking the nice 16 color limit?)). Oops...where did those side columns come from? They don't look good.
