You go look at the first 5 pieces in your gallery and compare to this on the pixel level, technique wise.
There was a time that the concepts of coloring lineart, selout and a minimal pixel placement totally escaped you.
I've never been able to truly get Pokemon style down, unfortunately. If it's the creature design that could probably be remedied but the sprite style themselves is too difficult for me to master.

I also agree with Ekoi. The sprites are good, but really don't feel pokemon style for me. If that's what you were going for, anyway.

I don't get the feeling of "these are pokemon" from them that much.
