Very very good. Simple colors, well placed pixels, very refined.
I especially like the little glints, like on her butt cheek.
Looks like there should be a game menu or something in the blank spot to the left, no?

to me it clearly reads as though shes missing some pants, but maybe the shineyness of the butt is confusing people? Looks okay to me.
where the nudity? it reads as pants not skin. looks great though.
The composition and the caracter is very nice. I just can't understand the mecha.
The jagginess/lack-of-AA in the gun is a bit distracting. But the girl and her pose is great. The colors are neat too.

hair, light, minimaltistic background.. everything's quite yummy, but where the hell is the promised nudity? ;D
a few colors seem redundant to me tho, also the gun's perspective looks a bit broken..
that is an AWESOME weapon design. oh and semi-nudity is not bad...
