style-in-progress for a redone version of the iphone game icicles. this is a commission and there are multiple sprites that are being used as style tests, but i wanted to upload this just because SO SHUT YO MOUTH

 

this is also my first time making a palette that has more saturation, compared to my previous works.

Does he have a big nose or are we seeing a beard? maybe highlight on nose could help. Head seems very large in comparison to face features. you seem to suggest perspective with the arms and the bottom of coat but this isn't followed up by feet or eyes.
