This is the result of getting carried away, and figuring out how to make curly hair.  I would like to thank my friends on MSN for the critique on this.

Made with Graphics Gale, and using an iPen.

It works now. 24bpp? Just use GIF, you'll have less difficulty. No bitdepth issues.

I have no clue why it isn't working in IE.  I tried changing it to a 24bpp image and still no dice.
