this could use alot of refining on the pixel level, the lines are very jagged. HAve a look at this: http://www.derekyu.com/?page_id=221
also, the darker colors you put in the skin are completely unnoticable, and neednt really be there. You could try some more contrast when shading the skin so its more noticable. Pixel joint generally doesnt like peices with plain white backgrounds unless they serve a purpose, so just letting you know you may have to make the background transparent.
MAybe you could also try a more direction light source like in this picture:

and Im not sure how closely you wanted it to resemble the art style from the show so I wont critique that right now.
