I can't tear my eyes off this...

I'm amazed at the anim quality, just looking at all those frametimes gives an idea of the time you must have spent on it!

One problem: 4 frames have a 0.01" time (closing hand), this is faster than any screen can show! And it confuses Firefox a lot, makes it slow down this particular action. It's much better at 0.02", I just checked!

And, something strange happens between frames 72 and 73: his right arm loses its corner pixels! 0_0

I'm with Wolverine, me thinks this is about cell shading and not dithering.

I like the image itself and the animation but I really dislike the dithering.

Although this is fairly simple and clunky, it actually ends up looking quite nice because of the animation quality.
