Hey. This is nice. I dont like the face that much though. The eyes seem to be glued together and you could add a bit more shape to it. I made a small edit here, I hope you dont mind. Same goes for the other piece you just submited. Oh, and I would try to use a little less dithering on the hair too. Things this small tend to look bad with dithering. Your other piece would be really better without it.

Thanks. I guess I did overdo it with the dithering. Its new for me.
And that edit looks pretty good. The only thing dont like is the eyes. His eyes... well his eyes are supposed to be all white (This is where I ripped off Konjak, Legend of Princess.) I think it looks glued together because of his deeply sinking eyebrow. I'll fix that with future sprites. And I still think the dithering on the original is okay but... whatever, I'll try to make better use of dithering in the future.
