Jalonso is correct, too many things in this piece are preventing it from being the proper form of Pixel art that Pixeljoint exhibits. Sending back for revision.
I have to disagree on the childbirth part, look where the legs are, no pregnant woman can have her legs there without crushing the baby into liquid ooze. 
Sorry, but this is not your first one because its not considered pixelart.
Some things that are wrong here:
• Preview icon is a scaled version of the art. Not cool, use 1X section < da rules
• The type is all computer generated vector-outlined. Use pixel font or better yet make your own using pixels.
• The art is obviously referenced and drawn over, what we call a trace. This is allowed (but frowned upon) but your description should link to the original.
• The subject matter is borderline pornographic even though childbirth is to me a natural and beautiful thing. PJ members can be as young as 13 and any possible offensive material has to be rejected due to the family nature of the gallery.
• Lastly, this piece is Oekaki and not pixelart. Using pixels alone does not make pixelart, as we see it here. A certain amount of established techniques and precision is required. The forum is full of help and answers regarding this most difficult point for people new to pixelart.
