the silluete (spelling?) doesn't change so it doesn't look like he's changing legs/arms unless you are looking really carefully
Uh, it doesn't stop. I have it move in every single frame. I don't know what you're seeing there.
That's not bad at all for a half-cycle (6 frames)... the only thing I noticed is the back leg seems to stop for moment before coming off the ground... but it's barely noticeable, I had to zoom in to see it.
That's because he isn't changing legs/arms, because I didn't make two sets of arms.
