very abstract, very nice
don't like the shading on the window and the glass, though.
pretty, looks like vector art(that's a compliment, not a flame) , it does seem to suffer from some perspective/size issues tho... the fruit-thing looks too big compared to the street lights, i know it's that way because it's closer, but still, it seems a bit extreme...

I think it suffers from the outside corner rays though, the circle is too symmetric and the rays do not converge to one point. Also, the 45° line above center on the building should be aaed too: 45° lines normally don't need it, but here it appears sharper than the others, that's a bit distracting.
The flowers are beautiful. And those two sitting on the roof, cute!
