I much prefer it as it is now.  The speed tweaking actually makes the animation somewhat irritating to me. But yeah the current one is very well done.

I partially agree with you. However, I find that the slower part goes disturbingly shocking, so that would mean I have to make even more frames D:

No, I call this a done, knowing that there is quite a lot that can be done to improve it.

The kick up is really nice. His left arm pops when he pushes himself up with the suitcase though, and I think his back needs to lean down a bit more because it looks like his arm grows in that frame as well.

I did a little tweaking of frametimes. Accelerated the upward kick, slowed the recovery (the frame with the case on the ground, and those before and after it; a better solution would be more frames there...). Looks more natural, and provides a little rest to the viewers eye.
