I made this for a selection for a job. It was required to have a bookstore, a house, a tree and a giant avatar and beeing isometric and cartoony style. P.s: I wasn't selected.

I won't be offended. I tried to make it cartoon-like, maybe it became to flat. But is it that horrible? Please tell me what is wrong so I can make it better next time.

The tree design is quite good, but the rest. Don't be offended, but you have to practice a lot before you,ve hired.
