This one shows the run animation of Mr. Hat. It's to fast and in-game it looks a bit better cause of the Bg and other waits xD

It's nice, but why does his ass jerk out for a moment before he starts running again? And I find it amusing that when he stops, he looks to be sitting. More like a visual artifact.

you talking about the 3-frames-main-run 8D? well let's say that's not a bug it's nice (stupid) feature of the engine I'm working with^^ [You only have 3 frame per side]
Like you i also thoght of more frames (more frames al ALWAYS better :P [ You will see that on later animations... probatly xD)

You should really add some more frames to that one, because right now you have just two, and it looks bad.
