I think the placement of the character in front of that block makes him hard to see.
Nice stuff. Cept the high color count and the somewhat messy lines.
I really like the style, but yes, the color count is very high...
and the font for the "classy" text doesn't feel right looking at those other fonts.
But still, it looks greate! ^^
Nice and creative! I agree with FM though. The color problem is, it's not monochromatic, there are different hues in those greys. Could be nice if it was more obvious and controlled, though.
And, the Classy font is, well, not so classy... At best it clashes with the game style.
why are there 106 colours? I thought you said there were only four Anywho, nice mock-up but the sprite could do with standing out more from the background - maybe try a white outline :)

Oh yes, the idea of putting in a white outline is good, so good that you can turn it on in the optionmenu^^ (some other artists also said that so i put that in at the very start).
And i dont really care about how much colors (contrasts) I use^^ the only limit is 256 colors and in that range I'm using as much tons as I need (in another Team-project I'm in, we really use only 4 colors D:)

Yes, thats ture :| So i changed it^^ It now has a better look (maybe I will sumbit another screen in which we have a bit more action + the Combo-Sytle-Info [classy]).

Another true :/ IBut believe me, when you playing the game, you dont check it xD cuz the BS is very fast and zooms, moves etc. occur all the time (sometimes a bit too fast tho....)
