 Well, if there were still eyelids on the other side, it would be a closed-eye smile, but due to her, ah, exposure, it is a wink~
I'm rather poor at colour choices... All of the colours in this image, minus the background would pulled from various photos of gangrene victims. I tried as best I could to use colours from the skin in the bone, and vice versa, the green rotten skin bits and the hair are branching out from the skin as well. The bikini is rather obviously a distinct jump.
