looks as if you only followed steps 1-2-3 of the wee tutorial
which is a lot better than me i can't even make wees

 ok... im gonna give u osme constructive criticism.
1. Shading everywhere, not just the torso and legs.
2. Try to make his shape more symmetrical, especially the feet and glasses.
3. Lighting. Do it as if you were shading, but the light sorce was in the opposite position
4. Get rid of the black outlines and replace them with a darker version of the color that they surround, darker even than the shaded parts, but NOT BLACK.
5. Just take a couple tutorials, and if you're not going to submit good art that actually took time to make, than don't submit at all. It's not good.
